Second Thought

Well, after a good nights sleep, we think we might keep our junk.  Today we erected both ez ups, put out the lawn rug thingy, got the electric grill out, put two chairs out, unloaded the Can Am, and finished up a lot of small items.  Best thing though was going to the local bakery for some fruit pockets!

We visited with our neighbors and saw several folks that we have known during previous trips.  All in all, our outlook has improved tremendously.  One of our new friends wants his wife to take the two of us to the top of Slumgullion Pass with our bikes and ride them back down.  I want to but Toni says she is going to have me committed to Vernon State Hospital if do the ride.

Thursday, July 2nd:  I am up early and am now able to get on the internet.  Connection here is really slow and sometimes non-existent.  After thinking about riding a bicycle down the pass, I have decided it isn't a good idea.  Instead, if Toni is up to it, I hope to be able to take a short trip on the Can Am to see how she does with her shoulder.

If anyone is reading this blog, I am sure they are on the edge of their chair with excitement.  Here is a pictures of our campsite.
